Refund policy

 Returns:
 • Report any delivery damage within 48 hours and retain all original packaging, tags, 
   manuals, invoices, etc.
 • Once we verify the issue, you’ll get a full refund to your Art Lights India wallet within 3–5 
   business days.
 • Refunds to your original payment method incur a ₹99 or 10% processing fee, whichever      is lower.
 Exchanges:
 • Claim defective, incorrect, or damaged items within 48 hours; items must be unused and 
   in original packaging with all accessories.
 • We’ll arrange a free pick-up; if that’s not possible, please ship via a reputable courier 
   within one day.
 • After inspection, your replacement ships out within 1–2 business days.
